Chris Watts

Founder and President Motion Dynamics™

Chris is Asia’s pioneer in remedial and corrective bodywork, injury prevention and manual movement modalities. He is the Founder and President of Motion Dynamics™ Ltd, established in February 2012. The Motion Dynamics™ Ltd system returns your body to anatomically correct posture, reducing pain and maximising mobility. It is results-driven and features individually designed treatments.

Chris developed the Motion Dynamics™ Ltd system based on 18 years and over 25,000 hours of hands-on treatment. The system combines the best parts of Active Isolated Stretching (AIS), Myofascial and Neuro-muscular release techniques in one protocol. Today, with 22 years of practice, more than 32,000 hours of hands-on practice and over 30,000 clients, Chris is taking these results-oriented protocols worldwide.

Chris believes there is no time like now to make profound changes in the way you look, feel, move and perform. His years of transforming the lives of Asia’s busy CEO’s and Entrepreneurs lead to this new, more systematic approach to re-habituate the body structure. The Motion Dynamics™ Ltd system brings your body back to its foundational level of alignment, flexibility, stability. maximising mobility.

Following years of working as a cordon bleu chef and PADI Master Scuba Diver trainer, Chris discovered the field of manual therapy. In 1996, he attended the Sarasota School for Therapeutic Bodywork in Sarasota, Florida. Learning the art and science of Active Isolated Stretching changed his life. Under the careful tutelage of his mentor and friend Aaron Mattes, creator of AIS, Chris recognized his true passion. Injury prevention became his focus.

Chris introduced this work to Hong Kong just before the handover in 1997. Within days of arriving in Hong Kong his appointment book was full. A new field in manual bodywork techniques was born.

Chris Watts certifies Mobility Trainers in each of the Motion Dynamics™ Ltd. system protocols. These intense training sessions teach flexibility, stability, injury prevention and injury re-habilitation techniques. The core “Stretch and Align” protocol returns the body to anatomically correct posture.

Chris Watts is a leading remedial and corrective bodywork practitioner. His passion, enthusiasm and excitement for this work are tangible to everyone who meets him.
