Mobility is the unrestricted movement surrounding the 360 joints in your body. You need to achieve flexibility firstly in order to gain full range of Motion surrounding the joint structures.
Joints when fully aligned and healthy, should ideally allow friction free movements.
In other words when you run or walk you should not feel any resistance or restriction in the joints.
